The William Morris Society Ticket Portal

Visit Us

Step into history at the William Morris Society Museum, tucked away in the charming coach house and lower ground rooms of Kelmscott House — the former riverside home of William Morris from 1878 to 1896. While the main house remains a private residence, the museum offers a rare glimpse into the life, work, and ideals of one of Britain’s most influential designers and thinkers.

We’re open Thursday to Sunday, 10am–4pm — and welcome private visits by appointment.
Admission is just £5, and absolutely free for Hammersmith & Fulham residents, WMS members, and children under 12.

Getting Here
We’re a short, scenic walk from:

  • Ravenscourt Park Station (10 mins, District Line)

  • Hammersmith Station (15 mins, District, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Piccadilly Lines)

Make your visit a journey into the Arts & Crafts movement — where Morris’s ideas still inspire today.
