Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between the William Morris Society and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Cancellations

We are unable to issue refunds for visits, tours or events if a customer is unable to attend.

We are happy to offer a transfer of tickets to a suitable alternative date or time if a customer is unable to attend, subject to availability.

Customers will be eligible for a full refund if the William Morris Society cancels a visit, tour or event, or reschedules it to an inconvenient time.

Resale of tickets

No ticket may be resold commercially or for profit. The William Morris Society reserves the right to void unauthorised resold tickets and to refuse entry to the ticketholder.

Private exchange of tickets is permitted for up to face value. The original ticket holder should contact the William Morris Society in advance to confirm the transfer to a new ticketholder.  

Online Booking

Once purchased, online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

On arrival, please present your Digitickets QR code or booking reference.
