MorrisFest
Saturday 21st - Sunday 22nd November 2026
This November we will be hosting a new and innovative festival celebrating the life, work and influence of William Morris - Morris Fest - which will be held at the Birmingham & Midland Institute. The aim of the festival will be to promote Morris, his work and ideas as well as related topics and discuss how they are still relevant today and inspiring contemporary artists, designers and thinkers. It will consist of lectures, panels, workshops and craft demonstrations as well as our annual Kelmscott Lecture and our Christmas Artisan Market as well as the Useful & Beautiful Art Prize finalists which will be exhibited and winner announced. The festival will have a lively and welcoming atmosphere in the spirit of fellowship with activities aimed at attracting a wide age rage of international and diverse individuals and groups.
